My personal traits as a person that I chose were creativity, engaging, and respectful. these traits came out in my final project.

Creativity in the sense of the way that we designed the project, they layout the animations and the process of organizing what we wanted to convey in our instructional video.

Engaging, this is something that we both designed, we added the text for people who can read and need to see the text; also if they would like to use it in their own documentation. We added the audio so that it is friendly for younger children and people who are audio learners.

Respect, respect is important to me, I respect the information and the validity of it, we learned the process from our elders and parents and verified the information with my mother before we used any of it. Because we respect the traditional knowledge that we are going to putting up on Youtube for the world to see.

This project has been trying at times, but it is something that is of value for myself and future generations. When you live in an environment that is harsh as ours and a garment of clothing is the only thing that keeps you from freezing I think the right steps in making that piece of clothing is important. I tried to keep the assignment as direct and neat as possible.

Reflecting on how this course has been for me, I have had to adapt to so many different elements that I have gotten used to from our other teachers. The evaluation and criteria has had me all frazzled, I need more structure as a student. I need to know what to expect, what I need to put out, and how well I did it. I think that this is the basis for evaluation as a teacher. How we evaluate our students should have meaning and should be present and recorded because we have to be able to provide our student, their parents, and our supervisors with sound documentation of a child's learning.
