Today we finally got out of the house! A two and a half day
blizzard had our family inside suffering cabin fever. It seems to be amplified
by the fact that some of my family members are stranded out on the land between
here and Gjoa Haven. I know that they are okay but the fact that they are out
there make things a little bit edgy. It'll be a happy moment when they are brought here. so we can all breath a sigh of relief.
It has been a rough couple of days. We have been conserving water to make sure we don't run out during the storm. This storm seems to have most of the north in its grip, it has several communities shut down.
